The IEEE IV 2027 Organizing Committee invites authors of recently published journal papers on intelligent vehicles to present their work at the 2027 IEEE Intelligent Vehicles Symposium (IV 2027). This track offers the opportunity to share already-published research with the international intelligent vehicles community. Papers in this track are presentation-only: they are not reviewed again and will not appear in the conference proceedings.

Eligibility

  • The paper was published in 2025, 2026, or 2027 in one of the journals listed below and can be found in IEEE Xplore at the time of submission.
  • The topic of the paper is relevant to the themes and keywords of IEEE IV 2027.
  • Preference will be given to recent papers that enhance the technical program and have not been presented at IEEE ITSS conferences or other events broadly known to the intelligent vehicles community.

  • IEEE Transactions on Information Forensics and Security
  • IEEE Transactions on Signal Processing
  • IEEE Transactions on Wireless Communications
  • IEEE Transactions on Pattern Analysis and Machine Intelligence

How to Submit

Please send your presentation request by e-mail to contact2027@ieee-iv.org with the subject line “Journal Presentation – IV 2027”, including:

  • Presenter name, affiliation, and e-mail address
  • Journal paper title
  • Journal name and year of publication
  • DOI and full IEEE Xplore link

Presentation and Registration

  • Accepted papers will be presented in an oral or poster session, depending on the conference program and available space.
  • At least one author must register for the conference at the full registration rate and present the paper.
  • Each registered author may present at most one journal paper.
  • Journal presentations will not be included in the conference proceedings and do not constitute a new publication.
