Workshop and Tutorials
The IV2020 offers the opportunity for participation in several workshops and tutorials, which cover a specific topic of interest in the ITS area. They aim to foster discussion on issues related to the field, emphasizing the interaction between the presenter and the audience. Each workshop/tutorial will have a number of paper presentations and/or invited talks without paper submission.
Note that you need to register to the workshops. This is done at the registration site. You can register for both the IV2020 conference and workshop, or for a workshop only. Lunch and coffee break(s) are included in all workshops.
The following workshops and tutorials will be held in conjunction to the IV2020 on Tuesday June 23, 2020 (October 23 & October 30 & November 06 2020), as Virtual Event. Please check each workshop website for the exact program details, and check the below program overview!

Workshops Call-for-papers
All workshops invites contributions. Please, see call for papers at each individual workshop. The workshop papers are reviewed under the same procedure as the symposium papers and they will also be published in the proceeding together with the conference papers.
Each workshop is like a small individual conference, they have individual organizers and the set up will be different for each one. They target sub-topics of the symposium topics, however, how narrow and deep they are varies between them, please, see their individual web pages for more information, and to decide to which workshop your submission fits best.
While preparing your manuscript, please follow the formatting guidelines here.
All presented papers will be published by the IEEE and the conference proceedings will be submitted to the IEEE Xplore digital library, as long they follow the same review process of IEEE IV 2020, so that each paper will undergo a peer-reviewing process by at least two members of the International Program Committee. Contributions will be reviewed according to relevance, originality and novel ideas, technical soundness and quality of presentation.
