A Flagship Conference of the IEEE ITSS

Join us at the IEEE International Conference on Intelligent Vehicles (IV) 2026, the premier forum for researchers, practitioners, and policymakers to present and discuss the latest innovations in the field of intelligent vehicles. The IEEE IV 2026 will be held in Detroit, Michigan with demos taking place at the University of Michigan’s Mcity in Ann Arbor.

Paper Submission Portal

Papers for the IEEE IV 2025 can be submitted through the PaperPlaza Portal.

  • Page Limit: 6 pages, with an option for up to 2 additional pages (with extra page charge).
  • The page limit includes references, appendices, and any other supplementary content.
  • All papers must be submitted in PDF format (up to 6MB) and must adhere to the IEEE double-column format.

    🚨 Deadline Extension – IEEE IV 2026 
    The submission deadline for IEEE Intelligent Vehicles Symposium (IV 2026) has been extended to 15 November 2025 (notifications: 15 January 2026).
    This one-time adjustment was made in response to community feedback, ensuring authors have enough time to prepare quality submissions.
    Starting with IV 2027, the submission timeline will return to the fixed 1 October deadline.
