IEEE IV 2026 Registration Policy

Registration link is at the bottom of this page, however, please read the registration instructions first carefully!

Registration starts on January 15, 2026, before starting your registration, please note:

1. For authors of accepted papers only:
   • Log in to PaperCept (https://its.papercept.net/conferences/scripts/start.pl), select “Submit a contribution to IV 2026” → “Final submissions”, and update the number of pages before paper payment. The page count of the final submission must match the page count of the initial accepted submission.
   • Keep your PaperCept Paper ID(s) ready if you plan to upload accepted paper(s).
   • Registration payment must be completed first. Paper upload will be enabled automatically upon full payment of the correct registration fee.
   • Final paper upload deadline: January 30, 2026
2. Please have your PaperCept PIN and password ready to log in and register.
3. If you do not have a PIN or forgot your password, use the PIN Wizard to request a new PIN or update your contact details: https://its.papercept.net/conferences/scripts/pinwizard.pl
4. A valid credit/debit card is required. Accepted payment methods: Visa, Mastercard (credit or debit), and American Express. Bank transfer and wire transfer are not accepted.
5. After completing registration, you can download or print your receipt by clicking your name in the menu bar (top-right) and selecting “My transactions.”

Full Registration

Includes:

• Upload of 1 accepted paper to PaperCept. Additional papers can be uploaded for a discounted fee per paper.
• Download access to Conference Proceedings (PDFs of all papers)
• Access to pre-recorded video presentations submitted by international participants unable to travel to the United States. Available June 15 – July 15, 2026.
• Attendance to all:
  • Workshop Day sessions
  • Main conference sessions
• Refreshments and lunch on each conference day
• Welcome Reception
• Conference Banquet

Student Registration:

Includes:

• Download access to Conference Proceedings (PDFs of all papers)

Important Note: Student registration does not include paper upload rights. To upload a paper, select Full Registration and complete payment by January 30, 2026. Student registration opens on January 31, 2026.

Notes

• Online-only attendance is not available.
• Live or video streaming of sessions will not be provided.
• Accepted paper submissions: max 6 pages + 2 paid pages (6+2 is a strict hard limit).

Registration Policy Notes

• Full Registration is required to enable camera-ready paper upload rights.
• Authors may upload additional accepted papers at a reduced fee per paper if they are listed as a co-author.
• No Conference Day registration is available. Workshop Day registration is available separately, but Workshop Day access is already included in Full Registration.
• Student proof is required (ID or confirmation letter) and must be sent to iv2026reg@gmail.com. The organizer may verify proof before granting access to the proceedings.
• No-Show Policy: Papers not presented (in person or by pre-recorded video) risk exclusion from the conference proceedings.
• Only card payment is supported. No bank transfer of any kind will be accepted.

Refund & Cancellation Policy

• All cancellations incur a 10% handling fee on the canceled item/service.
• Additionally:
  • Until April 22, 2026: 50% of the registration fee is forfeited
  • From April 23, 2026: 100% forfeited (No refund available)
• Approved refunds follow this cancellation policy and may take additional processing time.

Limitation of Liability (Force Majeure)

IEEE IV 2026 may cancel the conference without notice or compensation due to force majeure, including but not limited to:

• Natural disasters (fire, flood, earthquake, hurricane, severe weather)
• Strikes or industrial actions
• Power or communication infrastructure failure
• Service provider non-performance
• Cyber or terrorist attacks
• Governmental regulations or legislative changes
• Geopolitical developments impacting participant safety
• Any event that makes cancellation reasonably necessary

In such cases, the organizer is not liable for reimbursement of paid fees.
