Call for Industry Track Contributions

The Industry Track at the IEEE Intelligent Vehicles Symposium (IV) invites contributions from companies, technology providers, and innovators demonstrating real-world solutions, deployed systems, and industry-driven advancements in intelligent vehicle technologies.

Submission Type

Or submit via PaperCept → IV 2026 → Industry Track Paper:

  • Title
  • Abstract
  • Authors

Submissions are reviewed for technical relevance and allocated to suitable industry-focused sessions.

Optional Short Paper

Authors may optionally upload a short technical paper (up to 4 pages, IEEE 2-column style). If submitted, the paper undergoes single-blind review for practical relevance and deployment value. Accepted papers may be considered for IEEE Xplore or IEEE Discovery inclusion.

Scope

Relevant topics include, but are not limited to:

  • ADAS and automated driving technologies
  • Perception, localization, and mapping solutions used in industry
  • Industrial deployments, pilots, operational data, and lessons learned
  • Hardware, sensors, embedded systems, and production-grade platforms
  • Vehicle intelligence, safety systems, and regulatory/validation frameworks
  • Standardization-driven solutions and cross-industry collaborations

Presentation & Registration

  • All accepted industry-track contributions must be registered and presented at IV.
  • Presentation format (oral/poster) will be assigned to optimize engagement between industry and academic attendees.

    🚨 Deadline Extension – IEEE IV 2026 
    The submission deadline for IEEE Intelligent Vehicles Symposium (IV 2026) has been extended to 15 November 2025 (notifications: 15 January 2026).
    This one-time adjustment was made in response to community feedback, ensuring authors have enough time to prepare quality submissions.
    Starting with IV 2027, the submission timeline will return to the fixed 1 October deadline.
